October 2024 – July 2025

Immediately following the All-American Quarter Horse Congress, 17th Avenue will be closing for an extended period of time during active construction work associated with the Expo 2050 construction projects at the fairgrounds as well as events.

Streets closed include:

During 17th Avenue Street closings, the following streets are impacted:
  • 17th Avenue from Clara Avenue on the east to Dora Avenue on the west
  • Velma Avenue between 17th Avenue and Maynard Avenue
  • Silver Drive between 17th Avenue and 20th Avenue

Upcoming Road Closure Dates

The list below is updated as dates are added. Dates below only reflect closures for events or construction at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds.

  • Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024 through June 24, 2025 (tentatively)
